We've been relying on Bamboo for our auction sales almost since their inception. They were fantastic in the beginning, and the service just keeps improving! The software functions smoothly, and the support team is outstanding.

I find Bamboo’s reply to my review quite condescending. It seems like the company has a bunch of assumptions about how customers experience their website. To put it plainly, the site is tough to navigate, lacks helpful options for users, and isn’t very friendly overall. They didn’t even address my concerns; instead, they focused on justifying the info they provided, which shows how they view things. Their customer service really needs some work. If you’re new to auctioning, I’d suggest looking for alternatives.

James was super helpful when I ran into some tech problems, and he was really patient and knew his stuff when I had questions. He ensured that both the auction and the deal went off without a hitch.

The Bamboo team picked up the phone fast and handled everything like pros, which was key during the auction. Much appreciated!

Bamboo Auctions has been super helpful for me. I'm pretty new to online auctions, to be honest. Computers and I don’t always get along, ya know? So, I reached out on their site for some assistance, and the Director of Bamboo got back to me with clear steps and even offered more advice if I needed it. 😊

Not too shabby. I reckon the 5-minute extension at the end of the auction should shrink as time ticks away. After 10 minutes, it could drop to 3 minutes, then 2, and finally just one minute. This would quicken the pace at the finish while still allowing bidders to wrap up their offers. Also, the starting price was consistently set too low and just didn’t seem realistic.

Fantastic support from start to finish, super easy to navigate thanks to the crew who were always available to respond to my inquiries quickly. I wouldn't think twice about suggesting Bamboo Auctions to anyone.
